Purchase Agreement between Fancykittycat and Buyer

At Fancykittycat, we believe that bringing a kitten into your life is a joyful and serious commitment. By purchasing a kitten from us, the Buyer agrees to provide not only a home, but also lifelong care, attention, and love. A kitten is a living being and a future companion who will share your life for many years.

Fancykittycat agrees to provide:
Guidance on care, feeding, and general kitten upkeep, along with initial support and advice as needed.
A 48 hour health guarantee from the time of handover.
A 3 months limited guarantee in the rare event of death due to a congenital defect. In such a case, a replacement kitten of similar quality will be offered, provided a licensed veterinarian confirms the cause of death in a detailed report.

Please note:

This guarantee excludes illnesses such as:
– Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)
– Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
– Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV)
Fancykittycat is not responsible for any future medical, vaccination, or treatment expenses after the kitten has been transferred to the Buyer.

By purchasing a kitten from Fancykittycat, the Buyer agrees to the following terms:

To provide a safe, nurturing, and appropriate living environment for the kitten.
To ensure the kitten receives proper nutrition and regular veterinary care.
To keep the kitten in a warm and draft-free area, away from open windows, air conditioners, or unsafe outdoor environments.
To never allow the kitten to roam freely outdoors or live in a cage.
To refrain from declawing or removing the kitten’s teeth.
To never surrender the kitten to shelters, pet stores, or research facilities.
To treat the kitten with love, kindness, and attention from the moment it enters your home.
